Our new venture, Hotel Le Kanchees is well known for the epitome of splendid tastes and special fish meals. We are only serving kerala’s traditional tastes for food lovers, but also engaged in finding out new ways to change the taste of Malabar.

25 years of our glorious journey has become a grand success and the man behind all these is Mr.T.K Radhakrishnan, MA-BHM, who possess solid professional experience from Taj, KTDC, Food craft Institute and he is the Board member(Federation of All India Caterers Association),Working President(All Kerala Caterers), Chairman(Lions Club International 318 E Zone) .When he decided to make his passion become profession, there begins his challenging journey to explore the world of tastes. A team of highly talented professionals who all are proved their skills are always engaged here to prepare extremely luscious dishes for our customers.

We are spreading the outstanding and delicious foods of Malabar in to Dubai, Malaysia and Our most renowned catering service has already hosted many remarkable national and International catering events and some of them are School Youth festival 2017 held at Calicut University Campus, 60th All kerala School Sports meet 2016 at Malappuram, 27th Science Congress 2015 organized by NATPAC, Trivandrum ,CWRDM Symposium-2014 at CWRDM Complex, Calicut,29th Kerala Science Congress 2017 at Thiruvalla,TECH FEXT-2014 Mananthavady,Wayanad, Indian Medical Association Asian conference and Indian Youth Convocation 2009 etc. In most of all these functions we offered food for nearly 4000 – 5000 Pax with 5 meals per day.

We are a ISO 9001:2008 Certified group and we have conducted National & International Catering events and won the appreciation ofclients which includes;

1. Global Ayurveda Fest 2016 held at Swapna Nagari, Calicut from 31 st January to 4 th February. (5000 Pax X 5 Meals a day for 5 days) in which the Prime Minister Sri. Narendra Modi was the Chief Guest.
2. 60 th All Kerala School Kayikolsavam 2016 at Malappuram, Calicut University Stadium, 3 rd December to 6 th December 2016 (4500-5000 Pax X 5 meals a day for 4 days)
3. School Youth Festival 2017 held at Calicut University Campus in 2017 for 5 days more than 4500 pax per day with 5 meals a day.
4. TECHFEST – 2014 aT Govt. Engineering College, Manathavady, Wayanad from 20 th – 22 nd February
5. 22 nd Science Congress conducted by CWRDM at Kannur in 2007.
6. 26 th Science Congress organised by JNTBGRI & Veterinary University Pookode with CWRDM at Pookode Veterniary University from 28-31 st January 2014.
7. 27 th Science Congress Conducted by NATPAC, Trivandrum at Camelot Convention Center, Alappuzha 26-29 January 2015.
8. 28 th Kerala Science Congress at Calicut University Campus, Malappuram 28 th January to 30 th January 2016 (1800 Person X 5 times meals per day 3 times).
9. 29 th Kerala Science Congress 2017 at Thiruvalla for 3 days 1800-2000 Pax Per day.
10. All India Inter University Youth Festival 2008 at Calicut University Campus, Calicut from December 10 th – 14 th 2008.
11. State Ksheera Sangamam 2016-17 at Pattambi (4000-4500 Pax for 4 days).
12. State Ksheera Sangamam 2017-18 at Vadakara. (4000-4500 Pax for 4 days).
