Attitude Builders and Consultants (ABC) is the second-generation melioration of a legacy in private sector construction industry in Kerala. The idea of an affordable, transparent, trustworthy and dependable partner in the Construction sector was conceived by a stalwart Late K S Jose in mid 1980s. He then ventured into providing a one stop solution for all the Construction related requirements to the private clients. Starting from the Concept Design, through the Detailed Engineering, Authority Liaison, Construction and till the Handing over, his vision was to see his clients’ dreams come true. Riding strong and stringent on values and ethics the team under him has completed more than 100 projects in the state of Kerala. The projects completed were Residences, Commercial buildings, Hospitals, Schools, Warehouses, Places of Worship etc.

Following his untimely demise, his dreams and mission were taken over by his successors who decided to further improve the firm’s capacity to cater the ideas of an ever-reviving clientele. And thus, was born ‘Attitude Builders and Consultants’. As the name rightly implies, the firm and the people fly on the wings of a positive ATTITUDE; towards work, towards life and towards the society.

ABC is currently headed by the successors of KS Jose, who have completed formal Technical, Management and Research academics from the pioneer institutes in India. They also bring with them experience from association with variety of projects in Buildings, Infrastructure, Power sectors from across India and GCC. In the short period after the succession, ABC have timely completed several projects and have garnered a strong satisfactory client base.
